This was my first trip ever to a Sports Clip for a haircut. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Got a very nice haircut from Brittany and enjoyed the after cut shampoo, hot towel, and massaging chair. So glad I stepped up to a higher quality of service compared to other establishments that I had been going to, such as Great Clips. Looking forward to my next cut and MVP treatment!

I came here on January 10th and got a great haircut. I went here yesterday (2,8,22) and get the worst haircut of my life. I tell Brittany I like the style I have so I just want a trim. What does she do? Shave all my sideburns. I tell her to keep my ears covered, and what does she do? she cuts all the hair over my ears. She also cut my bangs unevenly and left gaps all over the place. I’m ashamed I even payed. I wish I would have walked out without paying. It’s an embarrassment to even be in public now. All my teachers even started laughing because it’s that’s bad. I hope sports clips makes this right in some way, although that probably won’t happen.

It is the first time I was treated so rude. Girl calls my son up and tells him in a very rude way to sit. Then she throws away the notes, that’s right we are regulars there is notes.She then proceeds and says what do you want? Excuse me? Then she decides to finish with in less than 10 minutes (on a skin fade) she didn’t even line him up. It was far the worst. She for sure doesn’t know how to cut or fade hair. After years of coming here we are never coming back. I really wish I could post a picture of my son’s awful cut.

I can't even give one star. The assistant manager Brittany was not friendly from the time we entered the business. I like my hair long and I told her i wanted her to take off less than half the length. She got the razor and buzzed the back of my hair, about 3 inches of hair and then took almost all off the top before we had to stop her. I was furious and hated the cut. When I told her I was upset 😡, she just said im sorry I misunderstood you. Never will I ever go to that place again, it will take months to get my hair straighten out

Chelsea was so great with my son. He has tricky hair and she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. She was really kind and made sure to give him exactly what he wanted. 10/10. Best haircut he has ever had! Will definitely be requesting her for our future visits!!

There are some great, talented ladies cutting hair there working for a heartless, puny, ignorant, girl Asst. Manager named Kayla. Jessica is a fun, talented stylist that did great work and was very popular among clients working for an ungrateful manager and POS owner. She became ill one afternoon at the end of a shift and went to a local emergency room where she was admitted. While there this sorry excuse for a compassionate woman called Jessica, asked if she understood her and then proceeded to fire her. I have heard the recorded message. Only an idiot would not recognize a valuable, skilled, popular employee making great contributions to the business. Kayla is probably the fundamental reason good help cannot be retained there to prevent waits. My review is go anywhere else other than Dawson Sport Clips.

https://youtu.be/etptWQ0hg2c 21 minutes ago To my loyal customers, Ill let you know where ill be after I heal. One of the biggest complaints from guests is HIGH turnover. Well I came in & was so ill i'd have to run outside & empty my stomach. My co-workers told me to just call out. I went in hoping It would get better. My co worker April saw tears running down my face from the pain. I left to go to the ER. My boss Kayla called me IN the ER & fired me! She said eI abandoned my shift!!!!! I have great numbers & a loyal client base. I have another procedure tomorrow & was admitted to the hospital. = high turn over when you have a heartless boss. 1. Just to put things in perspective for you folks that come up here from cumming and below, this is a still country, if you want a stylist go towards Cumming or Alpharetta and get yourself a hairdoo and not a haircut. Yes, these girls make some mistakes, they probably just graduated from Lanier tech and are getting real life experience, it happens and your hair will grow back. 2. That being said I have noticed this location can't keep a steady crew, it's a shame. I would like to develop a relationship with a good barber. I do like the fact they wash my hair after a cut to get the stragglers off of me, pretty awesome. The hot towel on the face is not too bad, I like that too. 3. The price is a little steep, I would like to leave more of a tip but the establishment charges what I consider too much. All in all I think the cuts are fine. 4. Haircuts are subjective. What's good for one may not be good for you, depends on what you want. Haircuts and azzholes, everyone gets one and sometimes they stink but it's yours.
